November 2011 - Releases development trailer to investors.
August 2011 - Travels to East Coast to shoot pitch trailer and uncover new JB documents and artifacts. Develops partnership with DVF to to co-produce "The Jacques Bolsey Project."
June 2011 - HME joins to produce project.
March 2011 - Contact made with Dschoint Ventschr Filmproduktion to discuss possible Swiss co-production. Meeting with HME to consult financing options.
January 2011 - The Jacques Bolsey Project has been accepted by the International Documentary Association for fiscal sponsorship. We now have the support of one of the most respected documentary associations around and, as one of the many benefits of that support, we are able to accept tax-deductible donations through the IDA. Check out our donate page to support the project.
December 2010 - Janelle Geaber, producer and partner at Hurricane Pictures Entertainment, has joined The Jacques Bolsey Project as producer. Director Alyssa Bolsey welcomes Janelle to the team.
November 2010 - Decades after his death, Jacques Bolsey’s belongings have been found. With these inventions, documents, journal, pictures and films, his story is being pieced together.
Our hope is for a Winter/Spring 2012 release. Check back for additional information as the project progresses.
